Tracks and trails
It is important to us that your time spent on the bike is an enjoyable one. With this in mind, we work out the most suitable ride for you based on your experience, fitness, ability and confidence. Everyone has their limits and these will change from day to day based on weather, track conditions and energy levels.
Below are a few examples of the types of rides we offer in the Queenstown Lakes area. Feel free to ask us questions about these. Remember, we can offer van support at various stages of the ride so you can choose to relax, take photos or jump back on the bike! It is up to you how much you do each day.

Lake Wakatipu trails
Ride along the edge of Lake Wakatipu into the Queenstown Township. Stop off at the famous Boatshed Cafe for a snack, coffee or lunch. A popular grade 1 trail for both tourists and locals with the ride finishing in the vibrant resort adventure capital of the world.

Lake Wanaka trails
One of our most popular rides! The easy to follow river trails can take you from Lake Wanaka township, north around the edge of the lake toward the river outlet. Alteratively we can start you riding the distance that works for you so that you end the ride at the famous Wanaka Tree or Rippon winery.
An easy grade 1 trail, there are plenty of opportunities to stop for a photo or arrange the van to scoot you ahead to the next meeting area. Simply an incredible ride option hugging the edge of the lake offering a wide range of scenery including multiple views of the southern alps or the Cardrona valley.

Gibbston Valley and Winery
This iconic ride starts in the historic goldrush area of Arrowtown. A sheltered ride starts meandering though the beautiful trees of Arrowtown toward Morven Ferr road and onto the award winning Gibbston Winery. A total of 15km, this is a nice way to see see a big contrast of the classic Central Otago landscape.

Queenstown River & Lake Tracks & Trails
So many to choose from! This area offers over 130 different trails and over 300km of all ability levels. Long or short rides, we can create the perfect length that suits you. Earn that glass of wine or meat pie and make them taste even better after your ride! Riding these trails truely are the best way to experience the Queestown Lakes region.

Wanaka and Hawea River trails
From the start of the Clutha river, the trail descends along the Willow and Poplar tree lined flow trail toward Albertown. Enjoy a well deserved pastry treat from the Pembroke Patisserie
If you are feeling energetic, there is an option to continue riding to Hawea. Enjoy the over the swingbridge and through the native Mauka and Kanuka bush. The trail continues gently upriver past the local Hawea wave, an area where kayakers and surfers practice their wave-riding skills. The reward at the end of this trail is seeing the dam holding back the crystal clear waters of Lake Hawea! Of course there is a cafe and restraunt to treat your tastebuds in the small Hawea township.
